  I dont like to leave bad reviews, but I got a "large" blizzard that looked like it was served in a small pop container and was only filled to less than 3/4 of the cup

  Drive through was closed came inside at 1 to have to ring the bell for service. The worker came out and gave us a dirty look like she was astounded that we came in to order and she actually had to do work. She refused to make any food and only allowed us to order ice cream even though we came in for lunch again at 1pm!! She was so rude and talked to us like we were burdens then proceeded to go to the back and sit on her phone while having the younger girl do all the work on her own. Table were disgusting and floors were even worse!! I doubt it’s been cleaned in weeks. You should really consider giving Hailey a lesson on customer service and common decency.

  Almost always a negative experience here. Staff is super slow and lazy.. They take your order and just keep taking orders while not helping there fellow coworkers who are making the stuff. And then half the time like they just did now to me they will start making other orders that were after you while you still wait for yours. The worst DQ I've ever been to.

  I love dairy Queen so I come here quite often even during the badtimes And it seems we're in one of those right now. Blizzards have gotten much worse here in Gaylord, today was the day I made them remake it. I use the app so I can communicate very clearly how I want it altered, I got a brownie blizzard and I added more brownies for $0.99. I got my blizzard there was not a single piece bigger than a speck, the girl at the counters solution was I could give you a cup of brownies. I asked if she wanted me to mix my own blizzard by hand so then she made it again. Unfortunately I like dairy Queen more than Culver's but the quality here has gone down substantially. Plus I'll add this picture of them, remember when a blizzard was at least to the top if not maybe like an inch over? I pay $7 for each of these and they screw me so hard, it's not even real ice cream anymore, you can afford to at least fill it up.

  Overall i just wanna say can you guys work on being more observant of wether u have ppl at ur counter. And lets work on being a little more clean. Sweep the floors wipe the tables and counter by the pop machine. The food is amazing. Service was pretty disappointing up until the 3rd person we talked to she was an absolute sweetheart anyways i was standing at the counter for like 10 minutes Before we finally were helped. (There was no one else in the place) There were 4-5 employees one was getting starbucks. And one was sitting at the table doing paperwork (understandable) the one girl went and was chatting it up with the guy doing paperwork and laughing she flopped down in a seat and kicked her legs up but there were no tables were wiped the floor was gross the pop and ice were all empty there lids were all messed up they had carts blocking the trash can they had a teenager standing in the door way holding the door wide open making it extremely cold inside. I know they cant control that but they can say something.
