I decided to walk inside and wait.. they come out with no drinks (we had 4). So they hand me cups and have me fill them myself.. no drinks carrier in sight.. so I wait for a drink carrier.. then we get home.. no cheese on our sandwiches, the fries and chicken nuggets were definitely old/in dirty grease and cold! Not understanding if the food is cold, why it took so long… meaning my food was done A LONG TIME AGO.. crazy work

When i walked in I was met with an angry lady that started yelling at me saying I can't be in there & have to go around the drive thru. Completely unprofessional, there was many different ways she could've handled that other than yelling & being disrespectful when their own instructions say to come in. Attached is proof of the note saying to come in that I even mentioned to her & she said she didn't care
