Smh I get being short staffed. But damn. Make burgers ahead of time and assemble as ordered.
Here they suck!!!! Soooo damn slow I waited 25 minutes in line for 2 biggie bags. Then was told to pull up to the yellow pole and wait almost 10 more minutes. Seriously needs help or should just close.
Currently waiting 7 min now for ONE FROSTIE!!!!

Placed mobile order for DRIVE THRU pick up. Sit in line for 15-20 mins.. told me to go to the pick up parking spot.. wait another 10 mins they come out and don’t have 2 items we ordered .. wait about another 10 mins.. I decided to walk inside and wait.. they come out with no drinks (we had 4). So they hand me cups and have me fill them myself.. no drinks carrier in sight.. so I wait for a drink carrier.. then we get home.. no cheese on our sandwiches, the fries and chicken nuggets were definitely old/in dirty grease and cold! Not understanding if the food is cold, why it took so long… meaning my food was done A LONG TIME AGO.. crazy work

straight up rude. I was picking up a doordash order that specifically said in the instructions to park and come into the store to pickup. When i walked in I was met with an angry lady that started yelling at me saying I can't be in there & have to go around the drive thru. Completely unprofessional, there was many different ways she could've handled that other than yelling & being disrespectful when their own instructions say to come in. Attached is proof of the note saying to come in that I even mentioned to her & she said she didn't care
