  Service is terrible. Every time I get food here the wait is super long and they get the order wrong.

  Low front end car drivers BEWARE! I don't go here to eat. I no longer indulge in any McDonald's from any location because they're all so horrible. I was just dropping someone off here and scraped the bottom of my car on their driveway "ramp". There's a blended in (pretty much invisible) "devider" there that will cause your car even more damage. I'm just glad I didn't hit that. I can probably get some touch-up bumper paint for around $10.. but just look at this. Why am I spending money for paint because people can't even lay concrete right? Smh. Y'all don't get enough sales to make sure you get top notch work done? Why are your there?!?! If you pull in here off Ford rd. just make sure you take it easy. People spend a lot of money to keep their cars up. I'd hate for anyone to go through that. You don't have to divide anything it's wide enough.. and we surely don't need an unmarked speed bump at your entrance where you're welcoming people to come in at. Just a word to someone it matters to. If this was a really expensive car you might be looking at paying for these scratches. Get it together please!!!!

  So I am reducing my star to one because they responded to me to go the website and all I received was I’m sorry for not meeting your expectations. Not good enough. Been years since I ordered a QP and it was absolutely the worse. I asked for no onions. They didn’t put it in. However. The bun was cold. Meat slightly warm and cheese not melted. I’m glad I used my 6000 points from the app to pay for it because I would have been even more upset. Service ordering and drive thru person was nice. Fast service. But still disappointed. I won’t be back to this location because it’s too inconvenient with all the traffic in and out.

  Took a chance and again, burger meat cold and burger dry. Hardly any sauce on big mac. Smh. Need ro change the name to McFries. Because that is all il ever get here again.

  I watched an employee come out of the bathroom and go straight back to work without washing his hands. That alone is enough to completely kill any confidence in food safety here. The only reason this isn’t a total zero is because the lady at the counter was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, basic hygiene should be non-negotiable in a restaurant, and this was unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
