45 minute wait for 20 nuggets with not one cashier is insane, on top of that not one person in the lobby helping people or anyone to even talk to as to why im waiting 45 minutes

Always at this location the staff is just rude and refuse to do their job when the older lady manager isn't around. I have had bad experiences multiple times here. Slow and alway messing things up while they joke and play around.

I ordered breakfast sandwich in drive thru. I pulled to the window to pay and then I drive down to the next window for my food like the car in front of me. 2 cars behind me pull around me with their food. So while I'm waiting the girl came to my window with an attitude "why did you pull off" I said because the car in front of me got their food from this window. It went off from their it is 6:15 am and here I am cussing out the staff for being disrespectful and rude. It was a verbal battle, I haven't cussed out something like that in years. I didn't come to pick up breakfast with an attitude but I left pissed. I will NEVER come to this location if I have to cuss out the staff. If you don't believe me ask the co-workers and watch the video I'm sure it was recorded. She need to be deciplined immediately. She had red in her hair and ask your staff who she is. While all of the cussing was going on between us both. she wouldn't give me my food. I had to ask for it many times and she held it back at the window and said grab it like she was teasing me about food I paid for. She finally put the bag in my reach. What kind of customer service is this?
