I have come here for years. It has always been great until the last 6 -8 months or so. Now, it is always understaffed and slow. One person running the both drive through lanes, service is slow... I was here a few moths ago and there were like two people running the whole place. The drive through took forever and guy apologized and said they were understaffed. It seems to happen more often than not now. It’s not the workers fault. They are very nice.

This is the second time they have been closed due to staffing. Fair life happens but at least put a sign up or message on the drive thru don't just leave people in the drive thru wondering whats going on.

Sat in line for literally 20 minutes after ordering and then wasn’t even given napkins and sausage egg biscuit was greasy . Call manager to ask for corporate number she said she could not find it of course. I explained I waited 20 minutes after I ordered and payed and wasn’t even given napkins. And said you guys need more training manager said you should come get an application and help . Horrible management and even slower service . If you can’t do your job properly get trained and get better service is bad because management hires unqualified workers 20 minutes in drive through is insane

As you force your customer to go to mobile app you should train your staff to assist the customer. First time using mobile app 0 out of 10. Apparently I ordered curbside which I was unaware of and it was unintentional. Stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for my food. Nodding at staff and smiling thinking theyll notice me must be working hard. Finally asked why so many were being served around me. The lady at the counter figures out im the missing curbside. Here are the phrases that upset me. "This is not our fault" "I figured you were waiting on another order" " YOU ordered curbside"

You see a customer standing politely waiting maybe have a little initiative to ask if you can assist them.
You discover their was an issue. Apologize. Do NOT belittle me to the point I was shaking and dropped both my drinks and food in your parking lot trying to walk back to my car.
Also, I am not elderly, incompetent, a Karen. I am a former employee of this location 22 years ago this was my first job that taught me the customer service skills that have helped my entire career path. Just treat people with frickin kindness. Its not that frickin hard! I would of been fine if you were kind!
