I stopped at this McDonald’s because I was very hungry from driving from far. I want to give a shout out to a young lady, Zarah. She was pleasant at the drive thru. She got my order correctly and was very respectful and kind. I wish there were more people in this world like her. Thanks for great service.

If the manager is a lady about 50-60 she's so nice our food was amazing nothing was wrong drove from portage mi just for their food.

Went to McDonalds on 12/19/25 around midnight and asked for a 10 PC chicken nugget meal made fresh. The drive thru lady said food was made to order because it was midnight. I trusted them because it took so long to get my food. I waited for my food. I left and opened the bag and the fries were soggy 2 minutes up the road. I called to complain and a lady who claimed to be night manager argued with me that they were made fresh. I have worked at McDonalds. This was terrible service. Never going back to this location. Bad food and treatment and for what they charge...yeah right

I don't get why people have problem here, each time when I come here they have what I order. Sometimes when I ask for orange juice they tell me they are out and other time they tell me some of their pop are out of order.

Stopped for a Carmel cappuccino. Would have been nice if they put some carmel or sweetener or some other taste besides cardboard! Manager was too busy on his phone to take our money or even trying to make the drink correctly! Only customers there and service still super slow! The place was also filthy! No wonder McDonalds is almost at the bottom of the fast food chain! The wife took on sip and had me throw it out!
