Her name was Samantha and she told the guy in front of me that it always happens from 3-4 each day and if people wanted fast food… go to Mcdonalds!! Even Claire the team manager was talking like that. Like what?? Finally the manager came over and helped but it still was so slow. Will not be returning to this location. Very unprofessional!
