  My order was messed up when I got it, we went back inside to have it fixed and it was messed up still after I got it back.

  I don’t usually complain, but the service here has gotten consistently worse, and it’s frustrating. Orders are almost always slow I’ve received multiple free taco cards at this point, which says a lot. While I appreciate the gesture, it shouldn’t be happening often enough to need compensation. I’ve even had to turn my car off in the drive-thru because of how long it takes. Today was especially bad. I ordered two Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme and nacho fries, and the entire order was messed up. The fries were thrown into the bag upside down and spilled everywhere, and on top of that, they were inedible. Both tacos were also missing the “supreme” toppings. At this point, it feels like there’s a consistent lack of care with both speed and accuracy. It’s disappointing and honestly unacceptable for something this basic.

  Went there today and food was terrible a lot of onions was bunched to one side so as soon as I bit into it I got a mouth full of onions my crunch wrap was super flat because there was no meat or cheese or even lettuce basically just shell

  Absolutely crazy that we had an online order ened up having to wait at the speaker for over 20 minutes because we had already paid and couldn't just leave

  Apart from the taco being loose and falling apart, the whole place was dirty. So dirty in fact that a customer actually cleaned the tables. To add insult to injury, there was excrement all over the women’s toilet which I stepped in and almost fell because it was slick. Will never return here.
