  Asked for a cook to order for my and the wives chicken sandwich and fries so they'd be fresh. Order came up in less than a minute so there's no way it was done correctly. The nice lady behind the counter even told the staff it was cook to order. 1 o' clock 3/28/2026

  Me and my mom went through the drive through my mom had a stroke a year ago and sometime it take longer for her to get out what she was saying but the older woman that was working the headset and has been with the company for few years now when she started taking our order with an attitude ask us rudely what we wanted my mom went to order and she had no patience and was taking over my mom and just had an attitude the hole time this was at 3:06

  We had terrible service today. We walked in and stood and stood while Amber was her name, didn't even acknowledge us walked past us twice as she left the counter. Didn't even look at us. Then what seemed to be a very long time, took our order without even looking at us.. so rude. No sorry about the long wait or hi be with you in a minute .it was the most rudest service I've ever seen. Then someone walked in and she said hi right away.. very unprofessional.
