  The food was so bad I don’t think I’ll ever eat jimmy John’s again not only was my food gross my father won’t stop complaining about how gross his sandwich is and what a waste of money no way these sandwiches should be 10 dollars, each sandwich we got is 3 dollar quality.

  Hit drive thru on way home from work. Ordered Beach bum … drove home… no turkey on my sub! Called to ask for a new sub, but manager wasn’t available to take call. 10.27 for bread, cheese and veggies is outrageous! Do better Freeland Jimmy John’s! I guess our business will goto Jersey Mikes or Subway. Disappointed, JJs use to be my favorite but this isn’t first time they screwed up my order at the FREELAND MI store.

  Went the the drive thru but I love their unwich!! It's great to see a company realize no bread is an amazing healthy option.

  Ordered a Big John Sub. Wanted the little John size TOASTED. Staffed refused to toast it! So he hands me the COLD sub and the sticker says.."TASTIER TOASTED " ya no kidding. Was told they can only toast an "original " give me a brake JJ. $5 for this thing. Won't be back. Subway will toast everything. Quit nickel and dimeing your customers. Costa you nothing to toast that sub
