  I am a tropical smoothie fan, every location in the area I go to is amazing. However, when it comes to this one on 15 and Utica, they always seem to miss the mark either with their food or their smoothies, sometimes both. Their smoothies do not taste up to par each of the times, almost as if old ingredients were used? So much so I took one sip and was grossed out and overall regretting my purchase. The food is usually decent, but not compared to surrounding locations. I keep coming back to give it a try, but after this last visit, I just feel like this is almost the standard due to this same experience every time. The service is good though, and they’re always super friendly so it’s nothing with the staff, I’m just not sure what this location isn’t doing that the others are..

  I really enjoy Tropical Smoothie and it’s one of my favorite places to stop when I want something quick that still feels fresh and on the healthier side. I like that they offer lighter meal options and a big variety of smoothies, and I’ve had a lot of good experiences here. It’s usually a reliable spot for me when I want something that isn’t heavy or greasy. On my recent visit, the wrap I ordered was fresh, but it ended up being a bit dry. The ingredients tasted fine, but the overall texture made it less enjoyable than what I’m used to from this location. It wasn’t bad, just not as good as the wraps I’ve had here before. I’ve had plenty of great meals here, so this one felt a little off compared to my usual visits. I still like Tropical Smoothie and plan to keep coming back. I just wanted to mention this so the quality can stay consistent, because when everything is made well, it’s a great place with healthier options I really appreciate.

  Put in an online order at this location and they took my money but when I arrived it was closed with a hand written note on the door. Will update review once resolved

  I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, and this location (really all of them in general are) is always so nice and accommodating when I ask for a sanitized blender. I just called ahead of a DoorDash and the girl was very nice and made sure it was taken care of!
