  My family loves Jimmy John's sandwiches and we were anxious to try the new gyro. We ordered two gyros and an ultimate Italian sub. We requested napkins and that the sub be cut in half. One of the gyros didn't have tsatziki sauce, the sub wasn't cut in half, and we got no napkins. The manager, Eddie, will compensate us with a free gyro on a future visit, but this visit was a failure. The one gyro that had tsatziki was delicious, the other one probably won't be eaten. We are frequent Jimmy John's customers, and are rarely disappointed. We just recently started visiting the Fraser Jimmy John's and will give them another chance, but we may have to drive a little further to go to a Jimmy John's that gets our order right.

  Eddie, was so helpful and had a great attitude. However, the worker who made my sandwiches, ignored each of my requests. This is simply the worst Jimmy John I’ve ever had. Taste: 0, Looks: 0, Service: Eddie :). Will not be back unless I see Eddie at the counter.

  Gave me the wrong sandwich, not driving all the way up there again. Judging by the reviews, it's pretty common here.
