    I really wish you could pick what jimmy johns to have food delivered online from. It certainly would not be this one. They just can't get it right. You will guaranteed to get a sandwich wrong or missing an item. More than once I have ordered and there's an item missing when theres only 3 or 4 items being delivered! Seriously count your items at least before leaving. This store really needs to get it together. Then when you call to tell them, they say they'll have their driver come back out with missing item, only to never show again. Really tired of paying for food I never get.

    *I thought it was only fair to update this review to add that Jimmy John's did reach out to us without delay and offered us a free meal along with an apology. They also mentioned they would look into how they take orders to specifically address allergies. We appreciate that. Freaky Fast, Freaky Wrong. Ordered my wife a sub at the drive thru there...in from out of town about an hour away. She has developed a dairy allergy, it's stupid, we hate it, but it's here to stay. Asked for no cheese, add onion and avocado spread. Get to the party, open it up and it's got no onion, no avocado and they didn't nix the cheese. She can't even attempt to eat it because the cheese has been there...again, stupid and we hate it, but that's the way it is. If this had been a more serious allergy situation for someone it could have much more serious consequences than a day on the toilet. Do better before you actually hurt someone.
