Just got home after going to the drive-through and a 14 hour day. This is definitely not a double Arby’s sandwich. I got three potato cakes for some reason. I didn’t get the ketchup that I asked for and I got Arby’s sauce instead. But I saw 3 individuals, have a great time laughing it up as I watch and wait for my order.
I definitely should’ve checked and that’s on me. But man… This is rough after a long day.

No one in drive thru line told to wait a minute. Order the meal deal with peach cobbler. Told I would have to wait because peach cobbler wasn't ready. Asked to sub with apple pie so my food didn't get cold. Told no. Waited awhile ended up getting a refund. Where is the customer service? so sad not at this place. No sorry no nothing. Maybe if you say no substitution you at least have this item ready instead of making everybody wait. Or does that make sense. Good job on the snow hope no one has to call sam

The food was absolutely disgusting. It seems like they haven’t changed the fry oil in quite some time. Had to throw 90% of the food away and now I have to go back out and get something else because my wife and daughter are pissed. Also they got the one the two items that were edible wrong. Normally this Arby’s isn’t bad but today, I was extremely disappointed.
