  Simple situation made uncomfortable for no reason. My boyfriend ordered a single pizza over the phone and the employee was somewhat snippy and hung up the phone without confirming order. When picking up, they gave my boyfriend an unnecessarily difficult time and talked down to him. Then made a weird comment about how “complicated” our order was (one pizza with a few extra toppings) and insisted we check it before leaving. Unfortunately we didn’t notice that they forgot one of the toppings until after we left, and after that comment I’m not sure if they were intentionally messing up the order or what. Definitely will not be going back after this.

  I Placed an order yesterday through DoorDash for a Philly cheesesteak pizza and Parmesan knots. The order arrived quickly, which I appreciated. However, the pizza was completely burnt, and instead of Parmesan knots, we received cinnamon rolls — which was a serious issue since I am allergic to cinnamon. I immediately called the store to have the situation corrected and simply asked if the pizza could be remade and the correct item provided. I even offered to come pick it up myself. Unfortunately, the assistant manager, Gary, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. He refused to remake the pizza and would not listen to my concerns. As a restaurant owner myself, I understand mistakes happen — but how they’re handled is what matters. This was handled very unprofessionally. DoorDash directed me back to the restaurant, so I attempted to resolve it directly. I called again the following morning and was unable to reach anyone at corporate. Later, I spoke with another manager, Austin, who was very professional and kind. He agreed the pizza likely should have been remade, but ultimately nothing was done to resolve the situation. Because of this, my child did not eat dinner until 9:30 PM. Again, mistakes happen. But refusing to correct a burnt pizza and sending the wrong item — especially when there is an allergy involved — is unacceptable. I sincerely hope management re-evaluates how customer service issues are handled moving forward.

  Been going here for 2-3 years on and off, the pizza is always good, so are the wings. Only iffy food I’ve ever got was the lava cakes, there a 50/50 the rest of the place is great.
