  I came here around 8pm and I know Mcdoanlds is usually pretty busy but I waited for a dramatic amount of time when I just wanted to order a large drink and the manager on the floor was the one who was making me wait but he was taking both of the lanes and he kept taking the other lane knowing I was in the outside lane. There was a worker named Rob at the window where you get your food and he was very sweet and nice and he made sure that I got my drink and he gave it to me for free because of my wait. I know McDonald’s needs new managers but please make sure you make an ACURATE evaluation to make sure that are fit to take the manager position.

  30 minute wait for an online order because of an older incompetent employee who couldn't comprehend an online order. Only for her to say "i didn't want to bring it out". Absolutely ridiculous; I hardly ever review fast food because of the dynamic environment for employees, but this lady does not need to be in an ordering position.
