I usually only stop in for frostys but when I do get food it's usually fresh. My only main gripe is when they're scheduled to be open until 11:00 or midnight and you get there an hour before that and there's somebody inside hiding and not taking orders. But you can clearly see them inside and all the lights are still on for drive-thru and everything.
