    I stopped at this location on my way to Ann Arbor. I ordered through the app and received confirmation of order and payment. The app estimated that it would arrive curbside in 2-5 minutes. After 10 minutes I went inside to see what the delay was (place was not busy). There was no signage that there was no one working the front register. I waited another 10 minutes waiting on 1 of the 4 people I say working the line to see why I was just standing there or if I needed help. Nothing. So I then rather loudly said I can I ask about my order. The employee that was looking at me did nothing and then "Peggy" appeared from around the corner. She angerly asked me "How can I help you?" I explained that I had placed a curbside pickup thru the app 20 minutes prior and have not received my order. She then said, "I only have 1 other person working beside me and what was your order, in a tone that was clearly annoyed." As previously stated, I had seen 4 other workers on the line working. I told her my order and she then stated that the "system" had not confirmed my order (as previously stated, the app had stated differently and my bank account also confirmed payment had been made." She then went back around the corner and grabbed an order that was mine. Which had an improperly prepared sandwich, cold fries, and partially melted McFlurry (I know it is a miracle that the ice cream machine was actually working.) She took the bag back and made corrections and almost threw my bag at me and stated the corrections had been made. I asked if she was the manager and she stated yes. No wonder this industry is struggling finding competent staff when the management is this incompetent. I will never visit this establishment again. I hope this post will also influence those who read these reviews to not be a customer of this establishment.

    The beyond rude woman at the drive thru this morning was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. When it already is an extremely emotional day to be yelled at the moment we pulled up to the window is disgraceful. Apparently we were rung up for the wrong order. We didn’t pay attention as the meal we ordered for was for our dog who was dying of cancer and this was his last meal on the way to the vet. Instead of it being a calm experience it was actually traumatic. She kept yelling you paid for something way cheaper than you ordered!!!! You owe way more money! We explained numerous times what we ordered she yelled but you haven’t paid for it. Not our mistake. Demanding our receipt we didn’t get one for the other window. She then was cussing at us as the window closed. Then she had to call a manager to rering. No apology or nothing. None of that needed to happen.
