I had a great experience at Jimmy John’s Fowlerville! The staff was friendly and welcoming, my order was made quickly, and everything was fresh and delicious—just the way Jimmy John’s should be. The store was clean and well-run, and you can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Perfect spot when you need a fast, reliable meal. I’ll definitely be back!

Service was great, very friendly and quick. Food was yummy. We both got the the ultimate Italian and was really good. It was very clean and the staff was very welcoming.

After loving Jimmy John’s for years but having horrible experiences at other locations I decided to give this one a try, which was a mistake. This is my first time placing an order at this new location and it was really horrible. I ordered two subs and three pesto salads last night and it was thirty dollars and the subs were smaller than the ones you get at the Walmart deli, they were tiny and much smaller than what I’ve ever gotten from Jimmy John’s before. Both subs were the size of a small hamster. I put “Xtra Mayo” on my clubhouse sub online when I ordered which is on my receipt and when I opened it up there was a very light amount so much so that I couldn’t even see any on the sub. I also added extra Mayo packets to my order because I knew this would happen as every sub place loves to skimp and they didn’t put any in my bag. The other sub I got was a chicken bacon ranch, there was absolutely no bacon or ranch. Completely skimpy crappy subs. No napkins or forks were put in my bag either. What in the world is this? I’ve never had such awful service before. I waited 25 minutes for my order and there was only one other person in the lobby waiting which would have been totally fine if I had received what I paid for. I will absolutely for sure never come back this was totally unacceptable for how much I paid, what a total waste of money. This place needs employees who know how to make quality subs, none of the teenagers behind the counter last night wanted to be there clearly with the way my food was poorly made you pay all kinds of money to eat here and receive kids menu portions with no sauce. This is now the third awful experience with a Jimmy John’s in the last couple months and the last.
I think they need to work on their consistency. I have bought subs there now four different times. Three of them were OK but if I wanted mediocre, I would go to Subway. They certainly do not put as much toppings on them as the Brighton store or the Howell store so I have been going back to them even though I live in Fowlerville the last one I got had next to nothing on it. 70 year old, local businessman. It's a shame because I was looking forward for this business to open. It's been a bit disappointing.

Lowkenuinely™ The best customer service I've had in a bit, the counter was great but the kitchen needed more love though. Carter and Jeremiah were great and treated me kindly. Only problem is that the smell was kind of strange, the smell was as if somebody took cottage cheese and left it in a humidifier for a week and added pinesap gradually over time. Other than that the bathrooms were the best part, the perfect ceramic thrones held my upper weight class top tankers
