Spent 10 minutes trying to call before just driving back out to the location to fix the issue. I don't mind that much queso was forgotten but I should be able to call and talk to someone. Not just no response, when I asked if they had a phone and why it wasn't being answered they said it was dead. I think every establishment should have a working phone so customers can call. I come here often for lunch and it's always good food but not being able to call was ridiculous.
