VERY nice younger woman, I’m assuming she was a manager went above and beyond to help me on the app with my phone. Was so polite and kind and patient. Not the usual fast food experience. 10/10.

That being said, our food didn’t take all that long to come out. I expected to wait at least 20 minutes and only waited about ten. The employees really stepped up and kept things moving.

Just today, I ordered food for my mother and myself and they butchered the order. They forgot our drinks, gave my mother the wrong item, and gave me the wrong sized fries. One star. No exceptions.

- LHLayne HastingsOct 21, 20254.0Be careful I bought a large big Mac meal at about 8:40pm and when i orderd they didnt ask what drink they assumed i wanted coke then when I got it I didnt notice nor did they say anything but they short me the monopoly sticker on the drink so I asked and they didnt try to make it right or anything just said she was sorry so be careful they might not tell you and short you on your monopoly.
