When the guy opened the window to hand me my coke, a strong smell of pot was on his arm, my coke container and even the straw smelled so strong. I had to smell that from fort gratiot all the way back to Harbor Beach. I stopped and got rid of the Coke and straw wrapper . Obvious the guy had just smoked a lot and didn’t wash up when he came in to work. I know it’s legal but it was still disgusting and I will never go back

Twelve minutes go by, after several cars have passed on through. I called and remembered them l was still waiting. The rude worker said, "let me check". Six minutes go by, l call back and the same person answered. I said still in spot 2. He said, "listen. I am going to refund your money AND don't ever come back"! I go into the restaurant and ask for a manger. The kid who spoke like that was the manager, Jeremiah! He told me "Here's your refund and some coupons. Use them down the street"! When l said you are the manger his response, laughing "Yeah. So! I read reviews about this McDonald's and with a manager like Jeremiah, l can see why you are at a 3 star...

VERY nice younger woman, I’m assuming she was a manager went above and beyond to help me on the app with my phone. Was so polite and kind and patient. Not the usual fast food experience. 10/10.
- ADAngie DNov 18, 20254.0I’ve never been to a McDonalds where the drive thru line is down the road. Maybe because it was Halloween but it was insanely busy and crowded. That being said, our food didn’t take all that long to come out. I expected to wait at least 20 minutes and only waited about ten. The employees really stepped up and kept things moving.
