Came back after realizing this and finishing my drink to try and get a refill and was refused because it left the building. It hadn’t even been 30 minutes. In this photograph you can clearly see how the ice is past the line. I suggest hiring employees with more visual comprehension skills, just for a start! The manager was gracious enough to make us pay full price for another of the same drink, and said she’d put in less ice just for us, how generous!!!!
