  Wendy's was having a promotion get a free small frosty and small fry for free. You can't beat free, and you can never go wrong with having a frosty from Wendy's.

  I’ve given this Wendy’s multiple chances, but the experience just keeps getting worse. Wait times are consistently over 20 minutes—even for something as simple as a Coke Zero and a bunless burger. The staff seems unable to manage basic multitasking, like taking orders while handling payments, which creates unnecessary delays. On top of that, I’ve been given the wrong change back more than once, which is frustrating and unacceptable. After the long wait, the food is often cold and unappetizing, making the whole experience feel like a waste of time and money. It’s disappointing because this location has become a frequent topic on the local Flushing Facebook page, and unfortunately, the negative feedback is accurate. Customer service is consistently rude, and the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming. The manager, in particular, does not set a positive tone for the staff. I really hope this location improves, but based on my experiences so far, I can’t recommend it.

  I went to Wendy's to order 2 biggie bundles today. First they told me I would have to come in to get the second bundle instead of waiting at the window and then they were very unprofessional and laughing at me for getting confused about the menu instead of explaining it to me. The food was cold and I didn't get my second bundle I definitely won't be coming back to Wendy's when they have this type of service!

  Usually good food and service when going through the drive thru. But I ordered it through door dash twice and both times ordered was wrong and food was not good at all.
