Absolute incompetence of the highest level here. Ordered an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club with the classic chicken, add onion. This dumpster of an establishment gave me a SPICY patty, NO onion, and also forgot the two main ingredients that make it a CLUB, the cheese and the bacon. How unbelievably incompetent do your workers have to be to mess this up? I added one item to a sandwich and you subtracted 3 of them and made it spicy. Absolutely horrendous establishment.

As someone who works in the food industry, we take orders up til we close. The customer gets a fresh made meal. However, I stopped at 11:45pm and received cold fries, a cold chicken sandwich and a coke that was flat, watered down and not a coke. Super disappointed and will not go there again. Other times I have gone there, I’ve had to go back in to retrieve an item they didn’t give me that I had ordered. The kid at the drive thru was at least nice. Probably because he knew I was getting ripped off 🤷🏼♀️.

Food was decent. Went inside to eat and the restaurant was not clean. Dirty tables and floors. My wife and I found it hard to order due to the manager shouting at another employee. The cashier was nice. We planned to dine in, but seeing the shape the inside was in, we took our food to go. We will not be returning.

Ordered a happy meal for my 2 year old and also ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and all 14 nuggets were raw, they were translucent colored on the inside with a tink of pink. Called the location and the “manager” CJ (Christy) had told me it’s not raw chicken, and it’s most likely grease, she said since they are processed they wouldn’t be pink ish like normal chicken breast.. I asked her for a district manager phone number or anyone above het and she wouldn’t give me any of the information. She said she could replace my meal, why would I want to come back after I got 14 raw chicken nuggets and waited in the drive through for 20 minutes for that. Definitely don’t go to this location.
