  I had an excellent experience here. Kohl went above and beyond with outstanding customer service. He was polite, efficient, and made sure everything with my order was perfect. This location is lucky to have him. Highly recommend!

  I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and when I got it home, realized it was a buffalo chicken pizza. I called 4 times in a month to get a refund for the pizza since I couldn't eat a buffalo pizza. I was continously told that the refund was coming. I called today, November 30th and the person who answered was very rude. She said she is in charge of the refunds and that it was processed. I have looked many times and do not have a refund. She said they didn't lie to me about the refund. Even though it's been over a month and I haven't gotten it. She continued to be rude and then lied to me about having all the refunds for the past 4 months only to say she only has a month. She was going to look for my order to "prove it was refunded" but conveniently didn't have it. She then decided to hang up on me instead of resolving the issue. It's no wonder pizza hut is disappearing. I won't be going back at any point after being treated so rude and not being given the refund I was told I was getting by 4 separate people.
