I called 4 times in a month to get a refund for the pizza since I couldn't eat a buffalo pizza. I was continously told that the refund was coming. I called today, November 30th and the person who answered was very rude. She said she is in charge of the refunds and that it was processed. I have looked many times and do not have a refund. She said they didn't lie to me about the refund. Even though it's been over a month and I haven't gotten it. She continued to be rude and then lied to me about having all the refunds for the past 4 months only to say she only has a month. She was going to look for my order to "prove it was refunded" but conveniently didn't have it. She then decided to hang up on me instead of resolving the issue. It's no wonder pizza hut is disappearing. I won't be going back at any point after being treated so rude and not being given the refund I was told I was getting by 4 separate people.

The place is always clean, staff is friendly and my order is always ready so quick! The wings are always really saucey and pizza is perfectly cooked. Brooklyn is always so sweet and fun when we come in! We order the same thing every time and she always remembers it! Lol 😂 It's become our new go to place for pizza!
