Once I saw them PICK FOOD UP OFF THE GROUND AND GIVE IT OUT. Today, my friend ordered online only to not get the monopoly things, her favorite part. After her dad called up, they were told to come up for a refund only to be told in resturaunt "we absolutely cant do that." Im 80% sure this resturaunt should be closed down and managment NEEDS to be changed. IM DONE WITH THIS BS

She wasn't working the drive thru and my service before all this was already awful. They took 3 car orders before accepting my mobile code at the other lane in the drive thru, and then I had an issue with my order. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully ever. The management at this location does not communicate with each other. I was promised over the phone a refund and then when I spent my gas coming up I was told I can't receive a refund at all by a different manager. Very rude and will not be returning. Do NOT go to this location.

Was promised a refund and when I got back to the store was told they could not do a refund! They need an overhaul with their employees. Fire them all and hire ALL new. Specifically management.
