When I tried to politely bring the issue to a worker’s attention at the drive-thru window, they simply closed the window on me mid-sentence, clearly hoping I would just give up and drive off. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. After checking other platforms, I see a pattern of numerous bad reviews regarding the terrible attitudes at this specific location, and it's clear nothing is being done to change the culture. To the management: The people working here chose their jobs and need to learn basic customer respect and professional conduct. Ignoring customers and serving substandard food is a quick way to lose business. Until serious changes are made, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
