  If there’s supposed to be any oil and vinegar on a sandwich they basically say the words “oil and vinegar” over it but don’t physically put any on. It’d be like if the sandwich were an oils and vinegar LaCroix. Not sure if they can’t read or they’re going so freaky fast they just forget to do it every single time.

  Had a bad experience here a little while ago. Stale bread and super skimpy meats. I've recently stopped in a couple times within the last month and both times my sub was made correctly and ready when I arrived. They didn't skimp on the meats. Both were free subs from the app as well. Staff was friendly.

  They accidentally got my order wrong, I called and let them know I didn’t have car anymore but it was wrong. They apologized and told me they can remake it but the delivery guy was not gonna be back until after 3. My lunch ends at 3 I let them know it was okay no big deal. They insisted on remaking it and having someone else bring me the sandwich. The service was above and beyond and I appreciate what they did for me. They are great

  I wanted to commend the employees of this location, especially a young man named Noah. He was extremely friendly and apologetic when there was a problem with my gift card scanning. Without sounding like a “Karen” It is hard to find friendly service like I was taught to provide in my family’s business. I believe a friendly greeting and attitude makes a big difference. I always get my order fast and it is consistently good. I hope this gets back to Noah and he knows how much I appreciated his kindness.

  Had the full size pizza sub. It wasn’t even warm. The cheese was so hard. It was absolutely disgusting. Pizza sauce was dried out. It was like it had been sitting there for a long time
