Christina was so helpful and patient with my order. She answered my questions and was super joyful and polite at the window. Thank you Christina!!

The food was so delicious and the environment was so calm. The bathrooms were a little dirty but still one of the best in Flint.

I stopped by the Panera drive‑thru to order a couple of bagels and a coffee, and the experience was really disappointing. The parking lot was nearly empty and only a few cars went through the drive‑thru, yet I still ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a simple order. I genuinely don’t understand why it took so long, especially when the store didn’t seem busy at all. For a place that’s supposed to be known for quick service, this was frustrating and not what I expected.

This place cannot get an order right to save their life. They also are out of things constantly. I’ve been twice lately. The first time I asked for ham egg and cheese with no bread.. warmed up I received cold ham and cheese in a cup. Today they gave me a sandwich with regular bread when I asked for sourdough and my muffie wasn’t in the bag. Always super disappointed when I come here. You guys need to get it together. The order takers and the kitchen are both a mess.

I ordered two bowls of broccoli and cheese soup with a sandwich. The sandwich was the Italiano and the bread was toasted an was extremely hard to chew. Had I known it was not going to be pliable to chew I would’ve not bought the sandwich. I’ll remember this for now on but the soup was good. The sandwich I trashed it because I couldn’t even eat it it was too hard from being toasted.
