    Our waitress was Shae I believe. She was freakin AMAZING!! She was great. A lot of the others walked by complaining or could be overheard talking about their tables. I worked my whole life in the service industry but I wasn't too bothered by it. I just felt like they needed somewhere else to talk

    Service was slow .took our order got it all wrong ! Steak was over seasoned over cooked. Mac and cheese was bland. Loaded mashed potatoes was soupy. Just gross .will never go back !!! EVER! Not even for free !

    Absolutely the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We were there for three hours, and it took over an hour just for our food to come out. After asking for the checks, it took another 30 minutes to receive them. I’m pregnant and ordered my steak medium well for safety reasons, and I had to send it back three times because it kept coming out undercooked. Another person in our party received an overcooked steak and had to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement while the rest of us were basically done eating. Almost every order at our table was wrong. We were missing items or things added that we didn’t ask for, like bacon and cheese. On top of that, everything was extremely over-salted to the point it was burning our mouths. When the checks finally came out, they were incorrect as well. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. We all left upset and will not be returning. We spent too much money to leave that dissatisfied.

    My husband and I stopped here for lunch this afternoon. The food was good per usual, however, we were both quite disenchanted with the service. Ms. Denise was our server and did not meet our needs. Initially, your restaurant was out of Coke, which she wasn’t aware of. Then we ordered a bloomin onion and our meals. We received all of our food except the bloomin onion. Upon receiving our main course, I brought it up to the nice person who ran our food that the bloomin onion never came. She indicated she would check with Ms. Denise. Approximately 10 minutes later Ms. Denise said that the restaurant would pay for our bloomin onion as it wasn’t ready before our main course came out. I then requested some bloomin onion sauce for my burger which took her another 10 minutes to bring out. Then approximately another 10 min after that the bloomin onion came out. She then asked what kind of cheesecake topping I wanted to go as we asked for boxes so I’m thinking she assumed i had planned on taking that to go as well. Upon her bringing out boxes, she promptly took our bloomin onion sauce, which I planned on putting in the container for our bloomin onion. She never filled my water while we were there or brought out the additional sprite my husband asked for. At the time of payment, she attempted to give herself a 22% tip. I normally have no issue tipping at least 20% when we have good service, but I don’t like someone acting as though they are entitled to it or pushing it onto me. It should be noted that there were a couple other tables that she was waiting on. She was very pleasant to them, helpful and doting. However, she treated us as though we weren’t there or if we were, we were a thorn in her side. Even when she initially came to our table she was very rushed and not friendly at all. Please also understand that I don’t usually send reviews, especially bad ones, but seeing this is 2 hours later and I’m still perturbed by her actions and behaviors, I thought it necessary to let you know.
