The employee at the window spoke very quietly, making it difficult to hear, and the communication felt abrupt rather than welcoming. When I greeted them with ‘hello,’ I was told, ‘Instead of saying you have a code, just say what the code is,’ which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that fast-paced environments can be challenging; however, tone and basic courtesy make a significant difference in the customer experience. I would appreciate management reviewing this interaction and reinforcing customer service standards with staff to ensure a more respectful and positive experience for future customers.
