  They didn’t fill my order correctly so I went back to get my piece of cheese and they took the whole sandwich away. The young lady at the front counter was respectful and did her job. But whoever the lady with the glasses on and the the tall guy who did the order first had attitudes and looked at me crazy. They redid the sandwich then gave me an uncooked piece of chicken. The outside was cooked but the meat was snappy not like every other 4c deluxe sandwich I’ve gotten from there. 04/05/2026 1pm

  Got food poisoning from there yesterday. I would recommend avoiding. My dad has found plastic and dirt in his food from here before, which I didn’t learn until after the food poisoning. People are always friendly, but service is slow.

  I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s on Miller Rd. I paid in cash and had an issue with my order. They did offer to remake it, which I appreciated, but the wait time ended up being about 27 minutes.At that point I no longer wanted the food and asked for a refund, but was told they don’t give refunds. I understand this is a franchise and may have different policies, so I asked to see their refund policy.I even offered to have my name written down and come back later, but was told it was either take the food or nothing. I waited at the window because I wanted to ask about the policy, but no one came to assist me. After waiting, security came to my car and told me they would no longer be assisting me, so I never got the chance to see or ask about the policy.In the end, I didn’t receive my money back or any food. I would recommend going to the Linden Rd location instead better service and fresher food, and it’s only about 5 minutes away. This location needs to improve communication and how situations like this are handled. Sam usually does a good job on third shift . which is why I’m giving 2 stars, instead of 1 but it was disappointing that he ignored me instead of addressing the situation.

  I had such a wonderful experience at this McDonald’s today! Ms. Lisa was absolutely phenomenal. She was very attentive, polite, and truly went above and beyond for my nieces and me during our visit. There was also a gentleman working alongside her whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, but he was just as kind and respectful. Both of them were smiling, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. At one point my niece accidentally got ice cream on her coat, and Ms. Lisa came back with a wet paper towel to help clean it off. That small act of kindness meant so much and really showed how much she cares about the customers. Customer service like this is rare these days, and I truly appreciate the warm, thoughtful service we received. Ms. Lisa and her coworker made our visit special, and I hope they receive the recognition they deserve!

  Got told to go park up then ended up waiting 30 minutes just all for a double cheeseburger meal RIDICULOUS!!! Wouldn’t recommend
