There were no signs posted anywhere about this, and no one mentioned it before I paid—so I had no chance to prepare or use a different payment method. It’s honestly frustrating that a multi-billion-dollar company can’t manage something as basic as having enough change on hand. What made it worse was how poorly the situation was handled. Instead of offering a solution or even a proper apology, the staff came across as dismissive and unhelpful. This kind of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. Customers deserve to be informed ahead of time and treated with respect when issues come up. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location after this experience. Not to mention the food was mid and cold.

Customers standing around waiting for orders forever. One lady had been waiting since 5:30. It's was 6:30. Smh. My fries were cold, asked for hot ones, and got attitude. Garbage all over the bins. This place is a shining example of why people are staying away from 'fast' food. Stay far, far away.
