  They’re rude, stop taking orders 15 minutes before change over, and refuse to put in your code if it’s 15 minutes before breakfast switches so they can tell you they aren’t serving it anymore. You could at least tell customers you’re not honoring the food they’ve already paid for. 10 people waiting to order between drive thru and lobby and you just pretend they don’t exist for 15-20 minutes. Even telling them you ran out or don’t want to make more would make more sense.

  The worst McDonald's in town. I waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru and then they didn't even take my order properly. I was going to order more things and the woman serving rushed me and I ended up only ordering my Shamrock Shake and nothing else.

  Everytime I come here items are missing from my order and their the ones with an attitude. Takes wayy too long to get my stuff.

  McDonald's at the corner of Stewart and Dort the young girl was so rude the one that had on the lace front wig @9:25 am on 3/14/26 she just hand me my bag and hurry up and close her window she treated me like I did something mean to her, if you don't want your job please quit that was terrible customer service.

  I don't understand how this location is still up & running. Its literally ALWAYS a problem when I order here. Staff is super disrespectful, they don't answer the phone at this location, and I can't seem to get a call back from the location owner. They NEVER include butter, syrup, utensils, etc for hotcakes meals. And then they do crap like this too (insert pictures). Not to mention one time I ordered oatmeal and they sent me DRY OATS, didn't even bother to put water in the cup. Didn't send the fruit that comes with oatmeal either. I hate the whole "people dont wanna work!" line but seriously this location employs the most incompetent people. There needs to be an option to select which location we'd like to order from when using the McDonald's App, because I would rather pay an extended delivery fee and tip a driver extra just so I don't have to order from this location anymore.
