Wow. What happened to freaky fast ? Was there a turnover in staff to become this slow ? why do all of the sandwiches have barely any condiments on it ? This location has fallen tremendously.

I ordered a Club Lulu w/ no tomato or mayo, add provolone. It arrived with just turkey (barely any), provolone and giant heaps of lettuce. They put no bacon on it at all. This is the most pathetic sandwich I have ever seen in my life. The turkey is literally only one slice thick across the entire sandwich. There is more lettuce than any other ingredient and that is after I took two handfuls completely off. Hospital food is better than this nonsense this Jimmy Johns os peddling. I am furious right now.

I am so disappointed with my Club Lulu. I ordered it with provolone. They put the provolone on but left off the bacon. Additionally across the whole sandwich, the meat is one slice thick. There is more lettuce on this sandwich than anything else, and that is after I picked half the lettuce off. Now I need to order a new dinner because this is not filling. Do better Jimmy Johns. I have a photo of this sorry excuse for a sandwich but Google won't let me post it. School lunches serve better sandwiches.

Completely ignored us for 10 minutes at the drive thru. No response whatsoever. After we pulled away to see if they would take our order at the window, they ignored us there as well. They were not very busy at all either.
I want this JJs to be good so badly, but we just keep having bad experiences. Last night I placed a mobile order at 6:12. I got the ready notification at 6:20. I show up at 6:22 and they tell me they're still working on it. I finally get my sandwich at 6:30. Guys, that's crazy. On top of it, I stood there waiting and there were three young men working, goofing off and messing with each other the entire time and complaining about the drive through customer (who had to come back because they forgot to give them their requested condiments). I would have let it go without a bad review, but both my sandwiches were made text book, without my customizations requested. Mr Owner, I hope we can implement some more training, because we've had these experiences for a few years now. I freaking love Jimmy John's, please just get this location up to snuff ðŸ˜
