- NRNicole Renz2 days ago1.0This place needs to be shut down. Ke'asia took my order and the whole time her and another girl with braids are messing around on their phones, cussing and being loud. They handed my food to someone else, made me wait longer, didnt apologize at all. Cook sit there eating food with gloves on up front. Unprofessional and health code isnt cared about. And when I called the manager to tell him, he said ill tell the GM, didnt offer me an apology when I ASKED FOR ONE and hung up on me. I want them all fired. This was my first and last time ever coming to this location.

I spoke with the manager and the GM manager and they told me that they could not give me my money back there also was no apology on how my I receive my food on top of me ordering on DoorDash none of my food was sealed, my fries were gone damn near so the Dasher could’ve been playing in my food. - BLBecause I'm lexDec 28, 20251.0When I placed my order over the phone I wasn’t informed until I arrived that there were no drinks or bbq sauce. I ordered a meal. And was charged for a meal. I ordered 20 minutes before arriving and still had to wait. I accepted that I was charged for a beverage that I hasn’t received. I got all the way home to find that my wings had no sauce. By this point I simply wanted a refund. When u returned to the store I wasn’t informed until told that I couldn’t get a refund because only the district manager could issue it. Montreal was extremely polite but past that the entire experience was horrendous
