Please train your workers on Customer service with a upbeat attitude and try to make the customer feel great about their experience coming to your establishment. It was my first visit to this location. The person that took my order was not welcoming at all!! Proceeded to the window to pay... no acknowledgement, just a amount given to me in a dry tone. Hands me my bag and my change with no receipt and no thank you! I wanted to ask for my money back. But I said thank you to the young man and told him I would not be returning. As far as the food goes ,I gave it to a co worker. Coming from a customer service background(first job Wendy's Miller rd) I am disappointed. If you are having a bad day which we all have don't spread that energy to your customers. Please do better Wendys!!
