After we placed the orders we were greeted and told one of the items was not available. The manager told me only corporate could give me a refund. I asked for assistance via their app and customer care team twice and sent an email to the contact for the department. Only responses I have received is someone would contact me. No one has ever contacted me and at this point I have already stopped going to the location but may boycott all locations due to the store and corporation’s inability to refund money for something I never received from them.
