As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Customers frequently reported rude and unprofessional behavior from staff, leading to a negative dining experience.
Speed of Service
Many reviews highlighted extremely long wait times, often exceeding 20 minutes, even with few cars in line.
Food Quality
The quality of food was inconsistent, with numerous complaints about cold, overcooked, or incorrect orders.
Cleanliness
The restaurant was often described as dirty, with concerns about the overall hygiene of the location.
Customer Experience
Several customers expressed frustration with the lack of acknowledgment and assistance from staff during their visits.

This is the worst Rally's to go to if you are in a hurry. I stopped here on two separate occasions for lunch while working. The first visit I sat in the line for a half hour before I got my food. There were only two cars a head of me. The worker was extremely nice though. Today I ordered my food online to save time knowing how long it took last time. Once I got there I parked and went to the window because there were three cars already in line and I know how long it took last time. I stood at the window for what seemed like forever just to tell them I already placed my order online. Then he gets my food and says he has to make my drink which was another 5 minutes. I get to my car and check my bag and the apple pie is missing. I go back to the window and no one comes to see what I need. They look right at me and just keep on doing what they are doing. After about 5 minutes I start knocking on the window a man looks at me and puts his finger up saying one minute. Then finally after what seemed like eternity they ask what I need. I tell them the pie wasn't in the bag and they get it for me. I leave and start eating my food as I drive because at that point I was running late. Once I go to eat the pie I realize it has no cinnamon or sugar on it. It is just a plain tasteless apple pie. What a waste of time! I would recommend going somewhere else if you are trying to get fast food.

These people at this place have such horrible attitudes. I pulled up after making an online order. I sat at the speaker for about 3 minutes and then saw another car on the other side, pull up the speaker and then pull to the front. So I was like okay. Maybe somebody's not working at this side so I went over to the other side. I sat at that side for 3 to 4 minutes before I finally said screw it and drove up to the window
The car in front of me was there for so long they parked. They didn't even turn their car on. They turned it off
When I finally got up to the window nobody came to the window to greet me. Nobody asked me anything some guy was in there yelling and slamming things around some older black guy with gray short gray hair. He was yelling about something they didn't have and slamming things around.
I waited at that window for another 3 to 4 minutes before he finally came up and I said I had an order through the app. He did not say hi. He didn't say anything to me. Just looked at me with a dirty look
After I said I got to order through the app he goes hollers my name through the restaurant. They finally got my food and she said that they were waiting on a small fry so he put that in a bag. I had to tell him. I also had a drink that he didn't bother to get
And then when he finally brought it all over he gave me this dirty look and I just grabbed my stuff and drove off horrible place
Horrible people. Horrible attitudes. Just I wish it would close down. I barely go here. This is the first time I've been to this restaurant in probably a year
And it all comes rushing back to the reason I know why
