I was told it took so long because the wrong bread was initially used and needed to be remade. The sandwich was on white, mushy bread, which looked and felt like it was heated in a microwave, with thick melted cheddar cheese. Definately NOT grilled. Tasted yucky. Even after 20 minutes wait, I had to again request my beverage, since the server forgot to give it to me. I've never written a bad review for Panera. I love the restaurant and food. But this Flint location, consistently fails the Panera quality.
