Once I went inside to show them and they talked about me amongst each other. But tonight I’m annoyed because I won free food from the monopoly game and I wanted to use it on a mcchicken, they said the code wasn’t working which is weird but I’m confused on if I’m showing you the coupon and the code why can’t you override and give me my food anyways? I wasn’t scamming and it’s not my fault as the customer. I’ve worked at McDonald’s in management before so I know they could’ve just gave it to me and carried on with our night. I’m not going to come back I will be driving to a different location from now on because you clearly do not care about the customer satisfaction!

The app wasn’t working through drive through, she was rude about that, came inside to order through that, still wasn’t working, neither were the kiosks. Also fine, I said it doesn’t matter I’ll just get a receipt, she threw her hands up said yes it does I could’ve fixed it ( but couldn’t before) and said all these customers are being rude (which they weren’t). Doesn’t set a good tone, I’ll stick to Grand blanc or Linden for sure, first and last time at this location. It’s not our fault you’re busy and things aren’t working properly.
