  Today November 6th 2025 my 19 year old son had a job interview at McDonald's on Miller road in Flint Michigan before today he had an interview there in the beginning of the year so when he went for the job interview today he didn't realize that it was the same McDonald's. His first interview before today he told them about his asperger syndrome and he was basically called slow and they didn't hire him. Today my son got in the backseat eyes full of tears crying hard these people basically made fun of my child's disability. Now he's worked at to McDonald's here in Flint Michigan before and he worked for one in flat Rock Michigan he's just moved home back from there, and so he was trying to find a job that's familiar to him here. These people ask my son where does he live and how would he be getting to work and he told them where he lives, they tell him he lives too far, if he has transportation why should it matter where he lives. He has a tattoo on his neck of a spider web heart and he has his nose pierced they told him they had a problem with that but the person working behind the counter also had a big tattoo on his neck & a nose piercing. While giving him his interview they're laughing and playing talking about taking each other to church it's supposed to be an interview. When they would ask him questions they didn't even give him enough time to answer before they cut him off basically making him feel like his syndrome is going to be a big problem because they say they know how people are with Asperger's syndrome. My son has asperger syndrome yes but he's graduated high school ( 2024) with honors at that & held down a McDonald's job while going to school, he's not dumb in any type of way shape or form, this discrimination against those with disabilities need to stop. How will one ever learn to live their life with a functioning disability if ignorant ppl like these horrible ppl continue to be put in a position to be help but are to power hungry in their positions, and those two managers which is a woman and a man needs to be fired. Give someone with real morals their jobs.

  I feel like every time I come get food at least one thing is wrong or messed up with my order.

  If you order inside it takes 4 ever. Thank god they have a playland so our 5 year old can go play while we wait for service.
