Every visit, same story: “Ice cream machine’s down.” At this point, I think the machine’s not broken—it’s in witness protection. I’m convinced they wheel it out once a year for inspection, then tuck it back in like it’s the crown jewels. Management should just rename the drink menu “Things We Used to Have.” I’d have better luck finding Atlantis than getting a frappe here.
