    They are always so friendly, very quick and food is always hot At this ballenger road, mcdonald's and the young lady who gives you your food early in the morning, her nails are always popping. 😉

    Waited over 15 minutes for curbside pick up. Went in at about 10 minutes to just see how my orders coming along. Lady at the front responded, “ We short staffed.” Then proceeded to walk away with as little urgency as possible. Mind you, while taking someone’s order who was in line in front of me had her phone on. Once the food did come out of course it came out wrong. Fiancé ordered a plain burger and it was indeed not plain.

    Employees need better work ethic, food takes 20+ mins to prepare and they don't communicate with drive thru customers what's going on or whether or not that they'll be right with them in a moment at the speaker.

    They closed the inside early so I was forced to use the already overloaded drive thru to pick up a DoorDash order. One of the girls took it upon herself to come out and start yelling at me for “blocking traffic” when I had nowhere to go to get out of the way because they were already wrapped all the way around the building. Rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional
