The said manager tonight 12-31-25 told this poor girl after I ordered we have no ribeye. So that means I have to pay the cost? Then next a baked potato is not available. I feel as if the kitchen is not communicating with the wait staff and it’s not fair to them. Most people wouldn’t tip the waitress due to the lack of the kitchens accountability and how I feel I was told after I ordered that half my order I can not have I should get 50% off. According to the kitchen manager though “we don’t have it so you have to pay the extra $5” that’s not my fault mark it off the menu or let your wait staff know ahead of time ! Bad kitchen staff very terrible . Wait staff is great and she should not be punished she did not know !!!

We came across this place on Google so we thought we’d try it. It was good, you get a good portion of food. Her and I were able to split a nacho and still took some home.

I don’t even like to cause issues in restaurants but it’s the fact they wouldn’t take it off the bill or even see if I would like something else. Not accommodating at all. I don’t mind paying for things but the service and food should be top tier. It should be the main focus. My drink was good tho.
