  I order from here a lot, well that’s now over! I Never felt so disrespected and disgusted while seeking assistance for a refund for an order that I received that wasn’t mines, I mean not one item! They were closing so they didn’t answer as they seem to be deaf when the phone rings on other occasions anyhow. They kept hanging up in my face , I call right back. After that some weird, obviously miserable lady gets on the phone mad because I wanted a refund, and had a whole lot of time to waste on everything accept getting to the bottom of the situation. Just weird and big mad, making sarcastic comments, being the Karen that she is! Definitely not the type of people you want preparing your food! I never felt so provoked!! I wouldn’t Oder here again if it were the only restaurant available in the city. And to think this was a so called manager. After all the money I spent here using the online app, the first time I run into an issue, this is the way I’m treated. As I’m getting off the call she says have a nice LI - night, as if I wouldn’t catch on. However I actually will continue to have a nice life, making great money and not having to sit in places like Dominos hot box miserably taking orders to earn it!

  Angela is the worst employee of any business ive ever seen. Spent the whole time on her personal phone talking to someone took her 15 minutes after the online tracker said it was done to give me my pizza. I will be calling corporate this store should be shut down.

  I ordered one singular NY style pizza for delivery that only had banana pepper and pepperoni on it and cooked well done. What probably should’ve taken 20 minutes to make and get here took over an hour. By the time it arrived, it wasn’t even the NY style pie they advertise, it was just the standard hand tossed. And it also had pineapple on it. Then it barely had any sauce and was so dry that it was flaking apart in my hands. Genuinely the worst pizza I have ever had. And I tipped over 20% for my delivery too so not sure what I did to deserve this lol. Also, tried to call and get a refund and had to sit on hold for over 10 minutes and no one even picked back up. Didn’t have the time of day so I emailed instead and just got a lame coupon. Won’t be eating here again anyway so why would I want that?

  Ordered dinner for my kid while I was sick/no car. My pizza was done after 30 mins, delivered TWO HOURS LATER. Mind you I live down the block but my car was in the shop. Would’ve loved a refund but the complaint link sent didn’t work but I did receive a coupon. This location is a joke.

  We waited over 30 minutes for a pizza and bread when it said that it was ready 20 minutes prior. Multiple people came in and placed orders in store and still got their food before us, when we placed an order ahead. Service was terrible, miss communication all around the employees. Don’t recommend this location.
