I confirmed the correct phone number with him, and his response was simply that “someone must have forgot.” That someone was him. He had no recollection of the order, shrugged it off, and went right back to making pizzas like it wasn’t a big deal. No apology, no attempt to fix it, no solution offered at all. I had hungry kids in the car and ended up leaving empty-handed after wasting time and gas. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of accountability or customer service is what really makes this unacceptable. Won’t be coming back.

I understand that it's cold outside but the delivery driver did not have to wait long I had someone sitting there waiting for him to come which my order came a hour late I wish it was a way that I can post a video if it is I figure it out and I will show you exactly what I'm talking about. Who said people food on the porch where snow, salt, water is at I gave a $2 tip that's all I had after I work what's the problem. I am not happy about this.

App said driver was on the way, then later said pizza was being quality checked?!? Watched tracker, driver was all over the NE side of Flint, never came close to my Flushing area home. Then it said pizza was delivered!? Called the store over 10 times but no one answered.so went to pick up my order or find out what was going on. As I leave driveway, driver shows up with burnt pizza and pasta and undercooked wings.
