Well, 20 minutes later I go up and ask what’s going on and then they tell me another one had fallen through as well and it was almost done. I was obviously irritated and hangry, I apologize to the woman who helped me, but when I got home and seen the “messed up” pizzas, they let me have them instead throwing them out, I realized that they have high standards. It was ALL delicious and y’all rock

The worst part is the management — I actually tried to work with them directly to resolve issues, thinking maybe they’d care about improving their service. They don’t. It’s always an excuse or a shrug, never accountability. I get that mistakes happen, but when it’s consistent and the people in charge don’t care, that says a lot. At this point, I’m done wasting money here. Plenty of other pizza places actually care about their customers.

I ordered extra sauce and got no sauce. I only ordered from this location because it was closer to where I was heading. The young lady who was on the register answered when I called. She was polite and apologized.
