  Great experience and great food. Chelsea did a great job taking my order and was very patient and helpful when I wasn’t sure what to get since it was my first time there. Everything I ordered was correct and well prepared when I received it. Would go back again!

  walked in for lunch and got the old fashioned the worker chelsea was very helpful and got me my food on time, the food was very good and my order was correct i will definitely be coming back!

  Yet another place that has a price on the sign for a item/combo and I order it. Then behold, the employee tells me it's a $1.50 more!! And then continues to tell me that's what the cash register says, so that what I pay! I wasn't sure what to order with no help from the casher, so I ordered the small chicken combo on special (according to the overhead menu). Then the hassle begins, 5 minutes later the employe making the food comes up and fixes the problem after a couple attempts. Please go back to school and take a couple basic math courses. Fries were good, hot and fresh, skimpy little chicken sandwich.

  Was looking forward to this today, first timer. Definitely was not Worth the money. Over priced for the quality of food . I would rather by McDonald over this . Sorry, but not for me or my family . Now the staff were great just not food. The wings tasted as they were cooked in old oil. I know this for a fact . Been a cook for 10 plus years. The sandwiches taste off as well.

  Very disappointed. We tried this spot for the first time Friday night. We ordered 2 chicken philly and one cheese steak sub. It was around 8:30pm. We got the sandwiches and ALL 3 only had lettuce and sauce! No other toppings that we added! There was hardly any meat or anything on these sandwiches. I took a picture and spoke to De'Andre the manager, he was very helpful. He told me that when he was leaving they were running out of toppings. Why wouldn't they simply tell us they didn't have toppings instead of just serving us what they had? He told me to bring my receipt and they'd make it right. The worst part was when my husband took the receipt along with our pictures and the (owner?) went tick for tac with my husband over the wrong order that we had PROOF of! He only replaced one sub and some fries, and that was a fight to get! Good customer service would have been to make the entire order right. That would have left a lasting impression. We will NEVER return and recommend people to check your order at this location. Horrible experience.
