  Ordered three items and they messed two of them up, then notified me they could NOT do a refund only do store credit or wait an hour for a remake. Save your money and go to a store with competent workers.

  I used to order here a lot. They changed the delivery boundaries for my house now I can’t order delivery on the app for a few years now and when you try to call the store to talk to them about it, they don’t answer the phone. Do better .. won’t be going to domiblows again

  This place tonight was just a chaotic hot mess, to say the least. They gave me someone else's pizza, so I went back in to get what I ordered and like three people are yelling about a receipt. No, I did not order chicken and spinach on my pizza. Some young girl was messing up the orders, while the people preparing the food seemed irritated with everything and everyone. The delivery driver already pulled up my receipt, plus I had it up on my phone. The delivery driver that has been there forever is the only person that deserves some stars, probably a raise too!!! They made my correct pizza but no apology, no nothing for waiting over 20 mins longer than I had already waited, with my other food in the car, getting hard and cold. Domino's is good when's it's good but it's always a hit or miss type of food place in my experience, and tonight was a huge Miss! I never had a bad experience at the Davison one, so I will continue to just go to that location for now on!!

  I just got the best pizza from dominos I’ve ever had whoever is working I love you! I recommend the spinach feta pizza and the chicken barbecue

  Unbelievable. I ordered two medium pizzas and a 2L of Diet Coke. After about 20-30 minutes, with text messaging enabled mind you, the app said the order was "complete." Um, no? I never got it. I tried to use their app's "Delivery Insurance" (i.e. submit a complaint) and it didn't even have an option to report non-delivery. It also only offered to give me a 20% discount on my next order. WHAT? Oh but it doesn't end there. I tried calling the store itself. Twice. I let it ring for over a minute. No answer each time. I was just about to head down to the store in person when the delivery driver finally pulls up (an hour after the order was placed), and drops off the two medium pizzas. I flag him and ask about the 2L. He "checks" something, says something about he had screwed some orders up, and how his 'manager' tried calling me and was going to put a credit on my account. There was no call from the manager. Nobody even picked up the phone when I called the store. Holy hell this place is mismanaged. Dominos doesn't even have a corporate customer service complaint number. Of all the days for this to have happened, today was NOT the day. I am livid.
