  It must be a Chick-fil-A thing but everyone is always smiling and very helpful. It is double lane pickup but they have a good system and moves very quickly.

  I took a table, ordered on my phone, a young man brought me my meal. Easy. A sweet lady checked on me once during my meal, and she offered to dispose of my trash afterwards (I declined.) and to refill my drink before I left (I accepted.) It was a nice relaxing experience on a cold rainy day. Their cobb salad and macaroni & cheese are delicious.

  I come to your restaurant this morning at 10:15 AM. I was standing in line one of the have breakfast and they were very slow but only one person working and when I got up to my my turn order the board switched and they said I couldn’t order breakfast. I was very disappointed after sending that line for 15 minutes waiting on my turn you need to get more help. I just left him with somewhere else and got breakfast and I’m telling everybody I know how to treated

  I ordered food from Chick-fil-A today for a party that I was throwing for my students at a local school. They had finished an extremely difficult semester and as a reward they requested a Chick-fil-A party. I spent over $175 on food and they got the complete order wrong. I am furious. Four of my students were not able to get their food because it was not placed in the order when it was delivered. I tried calling as soon as the delivery was brought in and confirmed I tried calling up to an hour after that no one ever answered the phone there was no way to leave a message so I was forced toI then drive all the way to the restaurant. They offered me to replace the items that I did not receive and gave me two coupons for my trouble. I'm trying to find out who I can call to get a refund for my order because it was completely wrong because by the time I got back to the school the classes had changed and the students had to go to a different class and could not participate in the party. This is not acceptable. I want to know who I can call who I can talk to to get my money back and to find out who was responsible for this these children work too hard for 10 weeks for this party and to be denied this because someone couldn't look at an order and fill it properly is abysmal and disappointing. Do not go to this location they don't service food right they won't place orders and then they won't take care of the customer when they come back with a legitimate concern

  I GOT A DELUXE.. MINUS THE TOMATO AND NO MAYONNAISE.. HAVE MY ORDERS MISSING.. I ORDERED TWO BROWNIES AND MACARONI AND CHEESE AND NEVER RECEIVED.. WATCH YOUR ORDERS AFTER BEING DELIVERED BECAUSE CHICK-FIL-A DON'T CARE ANYMORE.. EXCUSE ME IS THERE A MANAGER THAT'S READING THESE?
