- AJA J2 days ago1.0On January 9, I placed an online pickup order through DoorDash for three cheeseburgers and two fries. When I got the food, all three burgers were visibly raw and undercooked. I contacted the store and was offered a remake. I returned on January 11 for the remake. While eating my burger, I found a strand of orange hair in the food. I returned to the store so staff could see it firsthand. When I asked for a refund instead of another remake, the staff member I spoke with was unprofessional, dismissive, and refused to give her name. I also noticed employees were not wearing visible hairnets, which raised further concerns about food safety. Between the raw food, hair contamination, and poor handling of the situation, this was an unacceptable experience. I hope management addresses these issues, as food safety and customer care should be taken seriously.
