Rudely Turned away a party of 6 after 9 pm because we all didn’t have IDs. After they allowed us in with a 4 year old but wouldn’t let the adults eat. No alcohol involved. Staff stated there was a sign on the door stating ID is required after 9 pm. There is no such sign. The only sign states it’s 18 and older after 9 pm but again they allowed our 4 year old in. The adult without an ID is also my child. So my 4 year old can come in with a parent but my 20 plus yr old can’t. We come there often but won’t be in the future. Based on the staffs attitude and lack of knowledge.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. My friend and I arrived before 9 PM and were seated with no issues. He is clearly over 18, but had unfortunately lost his wallet that day. The server initially had no problem with this and only checked my ID since I ordered a drink. Also i asked for a frozen drink and the server persuaded me to not get one because it would irritate the bartender . How ridiculous??!
After our order was placed, another rude server intervened and insisted our server re-check IDs. Our server even told us he felt uncomfortable doing this because he could tell my friend was over 18 and had already served us. He said he would talk to the manager.
The manager came out and immediately told us we had to leave due to a policy that supposedly no one under 18 can dine in after 9 PM — even though we arrived before 9 and one of us was visibly an adult. The policy was applied inconsistently and made no sense in this situation.
There was no flexibility, no attempt to resolve the issue reasonably, and no consideration for the fact that we were already seated and served. Overall, it felt unnecessary, embarrassing, and poorly handled. Definitely disappointing customer service.

Here right now. Service is so bad. Ordered an appetizer, waited over 20 min and had to call the waiter over after watching him standing and chatting, taking other tables. Finally get his attention and he never put the order in!
