7 months pregnant and was denied service after 9pm because my boyfriend didn’t have his ID when nobody was ordering alcohol. their rule is inconsistent because i’ve been in there before after 9 and have seen children. i think the waitress was just being lazy and didn’t want to serve anyone as I’ve had this waitress before and had inadequate service from her and I’m a server myself.

Worst service Iv ever experienced!! Nicole the assistant general manager is not in the business of fixing issues when a customers order is not right, I ordered 20 bbq wings and another 10 with bbq sauce on the side, clicked on the side in the app and she even told me there app messes up all the time but still argued with me that the slip didn’t say on the side…. Almost 80 dollars for my order and I was treated like I was lying about how I ordered my food, had I wanted all bbq wings I would have ordered a bigger pack. So instead of just fixing it I had to argue for 20 min and was told I should have checked my food before I left… all over 10 wings and then I get to drive 20 min back home where I now get to eat my cold food. We will never order there over priced food again… as someone who works in the food industry to keep business open you treat the customers better than this, there lobby was dead even on a night with a big game going on wonder why! This place used to be packed all the time not so much anymore. Oh and don’t try to call they just put you on hold and forget about you! Then say we didn’t do that

I literally just saw a dude behind the bar, cough in his hand and immediately proceed to pouring a customer a beer. Yuck! And this was after he stuck his hand inside a glass to remove a piece of ice, then place the glass back with the clean items. Never again!

Me and my family had a great time even though it was busy our server was fast and checked on us often. The food came out fast and tasted awesome 👍👍

I had a really frustrating experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. My friend and I arrived before 9 PM and were seated with no issues. He is clearly over 18, but had unfortunately lost his wallet that day. The server initially had no problem with this and only checked my ID since I ordered a drink. Also i asked for a frozen drink and the server persuaded me to not get one because it would irritate the bartender . How ridiculous??!
After our order was placed, another rude server intervened and insisted our server re-check IDs. Our server even told us he felt uncomfortable doing this because he could tell my friend was over 18 and had already served us. He said he would talk to the manager.
The manager came out and immediately told us we had to leave due to a policy that supposedly no one under 18 can dine in after 9 PM — even though we arrived before 9 and one of us was visibly an adult. The policy was applied inconsistently and made no sense in this situation.
There was no flexibility, no attempt to resolve the issue reasonably, and no consideration for the fact that we were already seated and served. Overall, it felt unnecessary, embarrassing, and poorly handled. Definitely disappointing customer service.
