  Delivery order through their app place on 2/25 at 7:00pm. App stated an hour. Received order about 10 minutes shy of 2 hours. Food was absolutely cold. Called and spoke to manager on duty (didn’t her her name) and her response was, microwave it. I asked for a refund and she said it’ll take 3-5 days for credit to show up. Shockingly, it never came. I called back on 3/13 at 2:00pm, and spoke to Adam. Explained and he stated he would have the manager contact me as he couldn’t get in the office. Even more shocking.. never received any call back. BWWs is far from cheap.. and mediocre at best on most cases, but fills an occasional craving. Expecting it to be edible is not unrealistic. Being told to microwave it, is. Expecting a call back to at least address the issue is also not unrealistic. Do better for your customers.

  Hour for food, all food cold. I ended up taking the food and leaving to warm up because of a measly $15 discount. Outrageous and to expect 18% gratuity pathetic. Will not go back.

  I rarely go to Buffalo Wild Wings, and this is exactly why. The wings don’t sit well with me, but we go occasionally because my husband likes them—and every single time, our order is wrong. We always select no green onions on the cauliflower wings, and they still come out completely covered in onions. There’s an option to remove them, yet it’s consistently ignored—and there’s nowhere to leave notes either. It’s frustrating to deal with the same issue over and over. The only positive is that dine-in service has been decent, but accuracy clearly needs improvement.
